[BUG] TOTP not always in android pulldown shade menu

Describe the bug you encountered:

Sometimes the TOTP option is not shown in the android pull down shade menu yet user and pass are (and definitely totp exists in keepass). But sometimes it is shown too??

I'd screenshot keepass to show you the totp exists (in fact I literally had to load it up to copy the code from keepass) but you restrict screenshots :anno

Describe what you expected to happen:

Always show TOTP as 3rd menu button if totp exists

Is it always the same entry which doesn't seem to work? Can you find out any factors which influence the behavior?

I'll try to see if there's a pattern. But also I don't see why you don't make it show the TOTP as that third button ALWAYS if one exists? Like why is it conditional on some other trigger? It should just be "Copy User", "Copy Password", "Copy TOTP" every time no?
