Actually, Flashlight install the shop in english 🇬‍🇧 with country Great-Britain 🇬‍🇧 .

For PS Entreprise, we need to have an install with country France 🇫‍🇷 .

Agree, that would be neat to select the target country & locale at startup.
We can customize the ./assets/run.sh file to introduce this new feature.

Do you know if the PrestaShop CLI shall be used in the process? Do language packs need to be downloaded? I'm lacking knowledge on this side of PrestaShop to move on this one.

It exists an argument for defining the country, for the install.

Language packs needs to be installed.

May be a @PrestaShop/tech-council can help you.
