What happened?

I opened miiverse just for everything to look normal except for a blue background.

What did you expect to happen?

I'm aware of the age of this issue but is this on an old 3DS/2DS? I know that it has some issues loading assets, so that could contribute to this occurring. Not really sure how else to address this other than changing the background so it's a little less jarring when images fail to load
