Hi. I have this sensor and it is great in terms of pressure and HR. But oxygen gives a constant value of 100 for everyone (I tried five different people). Does anyone know how to adjust this?

I also have the same issue.I have bought 2 of this sensor.Both gives hr and bp values but spo2 is always 100.I have mailed protocentral regarding this but no response was given.I am using this with arduino nano ble 33.In the website protocentral team has asviced to change the R value if the spo2 reading is 100 but i was not able to find an R parameter in the code.Although i have tried different values for coefficients of spo2.
But the result is same.It starts with a spo2 value of 96-98 % then it suddenly jumps to 100 percent.
