INT2B Pin Sorts to GND

Had spent a lot of time configuring the EN_INT2, but the INT2B pin failed to respond.
Finally, it seems that the board has a design defect.
INT2B is sorted to GND due to an unnecessary via (via marked green comes to top and connects to ground plane)
Tested with the good old multimeter
Hope this is fixed in the next batch
