1、did you multiple any scale of your CD ?
2、In figure.9 left, i think here CD should be equal to table. 3 but why there multiple 10^{-4} ?

Yes, we apply scaling to the CD in the paper for better display.
For Table 1 (completion), we scale CD by 10^3. For Table 3 (reconstruction), we scale CD by 10^4.
They are the same, we forgot to also showing the scaling we use in the table.
