it's not handled, the program just retries the request with different proxies or by rotating proxies till it gets a response without a captcha or a block, because with google it's basically impossible to avoid it, i mean the captcha it's meant to block automated bots, so you just have to change ip and headers each time to make the request look the more unique possible.
