[Regression] Street Fighter x Tekken BLUS30722 and other games crash when entering online modes

Quick summary

RPCS3 now crashes and closes when I attempt to enter various online modes in multiple games. in Street Fighter x Tekken featured in the log, I will boot up the game, click on "Online" at the main menu, and if I attempt to enter Online Battle or view the Replay Channels, RPCS3 will crash and close. This also happens when attempting to enter the online mode in Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection (NPEA00019).

Incorrect regression report, there are a lot more builds than just one build between the indicated last good and first bad builds.

Unfortunately I don't know exactly when the most recent build that didn't have this issue is, it came to my attention yesterday and only today on the build I listed as the "most recent" build not having this issue was I able to test between the two. With all that said, let me know if there's anything else you need from me to help narrow down what happened. I'm seeing many other players across multiplayer games reliant on RCPN having this issue.
