Quick summary

When Mickey Mouse is standing still, while swaying left and right, you can notice the blinking of his shadow or certain parts of the shadow.

Details

It's as if the shadow is not a single image, so some parts of the shadow disappear. This can be noticed even at the introductory level, as shown in the images below. This problem probably also exists when jumping, I didn't pay attention to it, the focus was on standing Mickey.

I don't have a real console so I can't make a comparison.

Attach a log file

R{CS3.log
RPCS3.log

Console log after loading
console log - after loading - flickering place in game.txt

Console log - only colored rows in console log
console log - colors.txt

Attach capture files for visual issues

Flickering shadow can be noticed even at the introductory level, as shown in the imges below.

It is necessary to download both images and load the first and then the second, to quickly switch from one to the other, in order to see what the problem is, although the problem is very noticeable in the image, when you focus on the shadow.

I had to take two photos to show the problem. In that case, you will be able to see what I mean under flickering. The print screen created here is made for native fps - 30 fps.

Using 60 fps code didn't solve the problem, it probably just made the flickering faster.

Images for 30 fps:

System configuration

I5 10 400 (6 physical/12 logical cores)
Nvidia 1650 4gb
16 GB ram
2 TB ssd
W10 Pro 22H2 (latest build - 19045.5247)

Other details

It is possible to play the game from beginning to end, although there is a problem with the shadow blinking.

The problem has always existed, from the moment I first started the game on the emulator a couple of years ago, and even today, The status of this problem has never been changed - it has always been present

Virtua 64, thanks for video. With it, it will be much clearer what the problem looks like. It was out of my mind that a video could be made, my focus was always on images.
