Quick summary

Final Fantasy XIII softlocks during first battle.

Edit: I had left it running while writing this issue, and it eventually continues after waiting for about 2 minutes. So it's not as bad as I thought, but the issue is still a thing. The same freeze happens upon death before the game over screen displays, on battle victory, and probably in other places later in the game.

Here is a video of the softlock:

I looked at other issues, and it seems identical to #6623 which was closed while unresolved. The freeze is the same as the screenshot posted there. In that issue, KD-11 suggested it may be an LLVM issue.

Tested on RPCS3 0.0.34-17323 (latest as of posting).

I should also mention that when running the x86 version through Rosetta, it doesn't boot. It will freeze when compiling the PPU modules.
