The reference model uses an event queue, which FLAME GPU 2 is not particurally designed for.
Instead, we can use a submodel (or just scale the number of timesteps up) to model with a finer-grained time period.
Possibly not required, but would be for some infectivity modes (i.e. indirect infection from the place not the person)
