[very minor bug] [spoiler] Having an image of a quantum object but not observing it breaks the rule of Quantum Imaging. #543

Steps to reproduce:

  • find a quantum object.
  • open the scout launcher and take a picture of it.
  • look away from the object.
  • look away from the scout launcher so that you can't see the picture, without unequipping the scout.
  • the quantum object does not move, as it would be expected to.
    This is true for both the handheld scout launcher and the ship's scout.
