If you submit an issue

1. Be sure that the problem is still there with latest release.
2. Check the the solve common problems section of the wiki or if the issue already exists.
3. Search in the existing issues (opened or closed) to see if it was already reported.
4. Specify Windows version (it can sometime be useful).
5. Check if it is not due to the interaction with another program. If yes specify it in the issue. I do care about those bad interactions and will try to fix them.
6. Do not hesitate to propose features that you would like to see implemented.
