[Feature Request] Pinned Tabs

A very important part of Tabs is the pin function. At the moment Power Tabs doesn't recognize pinned tabs. There is also the Question where and how to display it?

I would take a look on the Addon "Sea Containers" and the pin function from it. This is a really genius solution. But instead of pin tabs into the "Group Name" bar you should add a second row under each group bar.

Settings > "Show pinned tabs always" (Don't hide the pinned tabs row if group is minimized).
