[Feature Request] Setting to always show groups

At the moment we have to scroll down to the end of a huge tab list until we can select the next group.

If the setting "Always show groups" is enabled. Then we scroll inside the open tabs instead of tab bar. This means "Group2" is always visible at the bottom of tab list.
