lemur_vault doesn't show up in drop down menu

I'm sure it's just me but I ran through the setup process from this plugin's readme and everything seem to install fine. auth.py and plugin.py are where they need to be. After a restart the plugin is not available in the cert authority plugin drop down. I just started playing with Lemur yesterday so be patient.

I've enabled all debug options and I get not errors. Did I miss a step?

I changed this

sed -i 's/from lemur.plugins.lemur_vault import auth/from lemur_vault import auth/g' lemur_vault/lemur_vault/plugin.py

and

pip install -e .
