• Synchronization (or tracking of offset) of involved clocks #13

to depict interactions and possible "time offsets" between different components of the system and their functioning - what time stamps we record and at what clock and what delays we cannot really "record" (e.g. time to start ffmpeg to record).

So we could work out the logic of time adjustments/compensation to split audiovideo captured files to align with DICOMs
