[Shell bar]: Back button in the ShellBar [ In Quartz Light theme ] is not being highlighted with a white border when focused.

Describe the bug

The back button in the ShellBar is not being highlighted with a white border when focused, unlike other elements such as the SAP logo , notification and profile icon. This issue is observed in the Quartz Light (sap_fiori_3) theme.
