Interaction no longer relating campaigns to contact #28

I recently noticed the interaction package is no longer building the campaign member records. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Scenario:
Interaction is created, campaign lookup value is added, interaction is saved. Contact record does not have related campaign listed.
