Rename/New Calculation Modes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was using the Calculate Mode = "Scheduled" incorrectly according to the docs, assuming to use it for scheduled full calculate jobs. However the wiki outlines to use Calculation Mode = "Process Builder" for scheduled full calculate DLRS, which is very unintuitive.

We also often have DLRS records that we only run manually, such as fields used for metrics that we run when we need them. It would be nice to have a manual mode so we know we aren't accidentally including the field in an incremental or realtime calculate which would affect performance.

Describe the solution you'd like
Change Calculation Modes:

• Existing "Scheduled" - New "Scheduled - Incremental"
• New "Scheduled - Full"
• New "Manual"

Describe alternatives you've considered
For now we are using the existing modes, however it is very easy to forget which calculation mode to be used since it's unintuitive and accidentally adding a DLRS record to an object existing scheduled incremental jobs has performance impacts.
