Ability to format and write longer help text on fields (possibly a popup)

As a UX/UI copywriter, I have a very limited options for help text in the Wizard.

Describe the solution you'd like
Rather than hover-over help text, I would like a clickable popup for each field. The popup would have bookmarks for each field and the help button for the field would direct to the corresponding bookmark. This would allow for more text, examples, and formatting.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keeping the hover format and having a documentation repository that we link to from the front page.

This is part of a bigger project to demystify DLRS.
