Device info

  • Phone type: 640 DS up to date RS1
  • App version: (e.g. 1.0.52)

Steps to reproduce

Launch app
Move around or wait

Actual behavior

No new monsters appear on map (or very rarely)
After restarting the app or using Stop local area is reloaded and monsters appear if any in range

Expected behavior

Monsters appear as soon as in range

for me the nearby panel seems to work reasonably (but I'm not sure as I can see much more mind there than I used to, but it seems spawn rate increased while POGO was down so it kinda makes sense)

Nearby panel and appearing of Pokémons on map sometimes works correct / automatically / in time. But often you will need to restart app or visit pokestops (try to spin any visible pokestop, even not in range) for forcing updates. It is already noted it in #1793 comments
