Upgrade guide from 2.x to 3.x

Is there an upgrade guide available for upgrading from the 2.x major version to the 3.x family? Thanks for your work on this 🙏

@mbardelmeijer since it is backward compatible I did not create any upgrade guide.
And to switch to new version, all you have to do is replace the old API with new API.
I thought it wont be confusing. But if it is still confusing I will create a upgrade guide

Check! So for my understanding, the APIs remained the same? Typically with a major version change there are some changes that need to be made in userland code as well.

Can you describe what the exact change would be to "replace the old API with the new API"?

@mbardelmeijer Until I work on upgrade guide, you can find a counter API for each of the old api in the new API doc, you can start replacing with those
