我是開服老玩家，但是抽卡紀錄只有從2024/07/12開始的記錄，我使用其他的抽卡統計工具可以正常讀取到2020/04/27開始的紀錄。想請問是哪裡沒設定或是我少設定了甚麼?

米哈遊服務器只記錄近半年左右的數據。 你所用的其他抽卡統計工具可能具有私有雲上傳功能，它們的雲端上有你之前的記錄。
