A Bit Confused

Hi,

I would love to use this model for some research I've been doing, but am not very good with code and am confused as to where to even begin. When I run the command to use the already trained model, will this automatically preprocess my brain images in the Dartel pipeline? Should I be feeding NIFTI files into it?
