hello,
first of all, many thanks for this really usefull application !
I'm using it to backup files from my mobile phones onto a shared SMB storage provided by samba on CentOS7.
It's working pretty well, except on DST change: all files already backuped are then overwritten by a new copy.
This happens for years with SMBsync then SMBsync2.
It sounds similar to the way Windows is using local "current" time (instead of taking care of TimeZone as *nix does)
My setup:
source: android 8 or android 12, both with internal and SDcard storage with "miror" sync mode
target: samba-4.10.16-20.el7_9.x86_64 on CentOS 7, in workgroup mode, no particular setting.
SMBsync2 issue ?

I just came across this issue. I found that there is a per task option to ignore daylight savings time differences between files under the advanced options. There is also a time fudge factor in seconds for non daylight savings time differences.
