same issue as #15813
the steps stated in #15792 works for previous patch, not for current patch.

I am also having this problem, except for some reason 2 poppups appear.

I have Rosetta 2, and have tried the moving folders thing. The poppup about apple stopping the program because it cannot verify doesn't even appear, probably because it can't even be opened.
I opened the package contents and this is what I saw, which I think is important, the usual "PsychEngine" Unix Executable File is not recognized as such, and trying to open it in terminal does nothing.

i have the same problem with it not being recognized as an executable file
