Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Corporate users cannot download the browser or driver behind a proxy, whereas test execution works fine when they provide shaft with their proxy configuration.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want shaft to implicitly configure SE_PROXY=PROXY as per the user guide here qlhttps://www.selenium.dev/documentation/selenium_manager/
