tailscale: not found after update

Issue: When I run tailscale up, I receive the note tailscale: not found.

I previously had installed this on my UDM and everything was running properly. Sometime over the past few months it must have stopped working (seeing "Last Seen" in Tailscale of some time in August) and I did not notice until I left my home network for an extended period of time this week. Does this need to be re-installed after every Unifi update? That's the only thing I can think of that would cause tailscale to no longer work.

The latest versions of this script are designed to automatically re-install after a UniFi OS upgrade, so please make sure you've updated to the latest version (anecdotally it works for me and many others, but there are some folks who have experienced issues with the re-install not working - see #92)
