Reordering Dungeon Lists

So while working on my project, i noticed that Dungeon Lists cannot be reordered, as if you try to move the dungeon anywhere down or up the list, the dungeon simply disappears from that list when reordering.

This has been a bug for a while, and if i recall correctly, is a Windows specific bug.
