I just had a visitor from Germany over wanting to use Slicetracker, but it didn't work until I figured out that there was an umlaut in the case path ...

@fedorov How would you proceed here?

I would suggest to first run DICOM Patcher module. I can't find a documentation page to link to, but it should be relatively straightforward to use. I believe it is a core Slicer module.
