Problem description

Some mods affect budding blocks, such as Applied Energistic 2's growth accelerator and Ars Nouveau's golem. To do this, they use the block tag forge:budding. At the moment, the Tinker's Construct slime crystal budding blocks don't have these tags.

Suggested solution

Add both the forge:budding block and item tags to the budding blocks. Adding these tags will improve their compatibility with other mods.
