up to date docs?

Docs on https://easy-thumbnails.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html are for 2.7. Has the location changed? Or does building the docs fail?

@jrief any ideas? not even SVG infos are available on reat the docs. how to proceed? infos about the new animated formats support is only available directly in github: https://github.com/SmileyChris/easy-thumbnails/blob/master/docs/ref/animated_formats.rst#animated-images-support

I don't have any experience with readthedocs. @SmileyChris any chance you could have a quick glimpse? Or give @jrief access to RTD? Hopefully, it's just a few clicks or a missing config file :)
