Potential LuaUI Memory leak Windows version, AMD graphics #432

Application crashes after mem usage passes a certain threshold.

Oddly enough, minimizing the UI stops the memory leak until it is turned back on.

This also only appears to happen on my 6700XT, as I have conferred with other Nvidia users and confirmed they do not run into this issue.
