Describe the issue

Server has been consistently experiencing TPS jumps down to as low as 8, or consistently staying at 12. When all Bedorck/Geyser users left the server, it jumped to 20 TPS and stayed consistent. Two Java users logged into their Bedrock accounts, upon joining the TPS went back to 12.

Based on a spark report, 50% of the ticks is from the WorldServer and 33% is from CustomFunctionData

  • I have lowered spawn rates and spawn radius to see if that did anything (did nothing) or to at least mitigate some lag
  • I will be disabling some datapacks to also see if anything helps

If none of those seem to help relieve lag, I will resort to finishing the overworld pregen
