Issue Description

Sometimes, when you run a command, a random error is returned with the following message:

This error is usually returned when the reponse time window is elapsed (interactions have 3 seconds to respond).

It may be caused by a high latency or slow database response.

When it happens to you, please try the following:

1. Retry the command
2. Ping the bot with /ping to see the latency
3. Post a message here if it happened to you (or upvote), so I can see how often it occurs.
