Tested this today and found that it conflicts with Courseplay https://github.com/Courseplay/courseplay in a way that prevent Courseplay vehicles from starting their course
Hope you come up with a solution as this is a great little mod you are reviving for FS19
thanks

That sounds really strange to be honest, since I don't do anything even remotely related to courseplays functionality. The only thing I can really think it would be is some sort of keybinding issue? I don't know which buttons courseplay use per default (as I haven't tried the mod), but have you made sure that this isn't the case?
If that isn't the case I will look into it during the weekend, when I have some more time on my hands. Thanks for reporting!
I took the time to make sure that this conflict was indeed coming from your mod before posting it here. It appears to be a known and fixable issue that has been seen with a map called Yagodnoe (Russian map), but the author fixed the problem for version 2.3.0 and even noted that in his readme (translated)
FS 19 Yagodnoe Map v2.3.0
Added sand and quarry, not as production, as a point of purchase! (But there is a “freebie”, subject to the purchase of the site.
Added temporary storage in the transport company (for the convenience of transporting the products sold to other points of sale)
Changed the second entrance to the livestock complex.
Added trigger symbols
Fixed small jambs 6. Fixed a bug in launching the COURSE
Added another traffic in the area of the store buying equipment and grain elevator.
The authors of Courseplay might be able to shed more light on it?
My mod isn't that extensive anyway, so I will probably be able to track down the cause fairly fast. I am just really intrigued by this, since everything I have done should be contained to my mod only and not in any way interact with anything that courseplay uses. So I definitely think it is a problem on courseplays side, but I might be able to change my code to alleviate the problem.
