With the launch of v10 more people now have access to law making in the first days. I believe it would be fitting if people can copy and paste laws from other settlements, plus it'd be fitting to give reputation or some sort of culture gain to the original law maker.
This would help people with less knowledge of the law system to get started without the grind of diving deep in learning it, and also make for an non personal way to share lawmaking effort which would be otherwise identical, such as preventing non citizens from harvesting crops on unowned land.
Additionally a way to allow for article templating with placeholder districts and etc. would be a QOL improvement.

Copying laws from other settlements is already possible and was done extensively on the playtests. I don't think we want to couple reputation to law creation in any way. Can you describe in more detail what you mean with article templating?
Article templating would be copying laws. I couldn't use or learn how to us the settlement law copying system, I'll ask on discord how to do it.
I'll still insist on integration that with the reputation/culture system as a way to officialize the trend setting that happens when people create laws or set store prices and a lot of people just follow the leader.
