when circle is defined by its center and a point on its circumference it bares no information about the direction of its edge -> how the user knows how to define support or load on part of the edge. ->
We need a proper description of the direction of the edge for circle defined by center and a point
It might be also unclear what is the driection for other inputs.
The direction of an edge of circle should be explained more thouroughly for all the possible
Also the creation of circle by two points in space in SAF seems to be not complete - in what plane will be the circle created?
(when we have a circular slab defined by two points only)

Can we not follow clockwise. From center to the point we have a vector. Then rotate the vector clockwise around the center and we have the proper direction. What do you think?
