Option for buffer length, sample rate and latency to be set in program

hUGE does not know how to deal with some sound configurations like other apps making it sound choppy on some platforms
setting latency manually or editing the sample rate in source fixes the problem so there should be a way to implement a sample rate, latency and buffer setting in program to prevent audio choppiness even if setting it requires the program to restart
