Integrate with Convert with Moss

Convert with Moss (https://www.mossgrabers.de/Software/ConvertWithMoss/ConvertWithMoss.html) is a FOSS application for converting between different multi-sample instrument formats. It would be great to have Deluge support in there.

I'm guessing this would be quite simple and mostly require making sure samples are in a supported format and the associated XML file is generated. Is there documentation anywhere about this?
