Setting live gates

1. Select the 2D spectrum you want to make the gate on

2. Graph Objects -> Add -> Contour

3. Enter a name for the contour

4. Click on the region for the gate, click "OK"

   

5. Open the "treegui" window

   

6. Click on the "Gates" tab and click "Update Gate List"

7. Double-click on newly created gate

8. Spectra -> Create

   1. A new window will appear. Write a name for the new spectrum

      

   2. Click "Spectrum Type", select "1-d"

   3. Click OK, a new window will appear

      

   4. Double-click on "Gates"

   5. Double-click on new contour

   6. Double-click "Parameters"

   7. Double-click on the spectrum you want to gate on

   8. Click OK

9. A new spectrum is now available
