UNICEF Request: Update Student Subtask Report

This is the last request that we have from UNICEF and the most urgent as funds run out soon. They want a record of learning that looks more complex than what I was expecting. Do you think we can improve the Student subtask report and just list everything for that student on one page? Below is what I think we can do for that records with data that is only on the tablet. To have all subjects this has to be done on the server (and maybe secure linked from the tablet to a print record?) Any thoughts?

Possible Solutions:

1. Delivery on the tablet (per-device student data)
2. Delivery on the server - server user provides a set of PDFs for teachers or direct to parents
   • Workflow 1: PDF is accessible as an online-form and accessed via a link token
3. Delivery on the tablet (all student data) - blocked by need for records from other devices to be available
