Properly report game score at the end of the game

In order to integrate with http://w3champions.com/ , we need to properly report the endgame score.

Proposal would be the following approach.

Winners are:

• People who are part of the winning team
• People who stayed until the In-Game Score-Board shows "End" (not the endgame board).
  

Loosers are:

• People who are on the losing side
• People who left before the game finished (even if in the winning team)

In the end, winners should have a golden border around their name in the post-game screen.
