[CONTENT] Multiple Entries for Kadane's Algorithm

Description of the content report

I was looking for algorithms to contribute to, and ended up finding out that there were multiple entries for Kadane's Algorithm, there's Kadane Algo with JS and Dart algorithms, Kadane with C++ implementation, Kadanes 3 which is ALSO in C++, and I personally couldn't really find much difference except in the categorisation of the algorithms, Kadanes Algorithm (yes, without the apostrophe) has another lone dart implementation and lastly, we have Kadane Algorithm which has Java, Haskell and Rust implementations of the algorithm. So, to sum up, we have 2 entries for same algorithm at Dart and C++ repositories, and a total of 5 entries for the same algorithm in different languages.

Additional information/context

I would like to propose that we all should merge them (obviously) and also name the entry as Kadane's Algorithm, with the apostrophe, since I mean, that's kinda how its name goes... instead of writing Kadane Algorithm or Kadanes Algorithm
