Climbing behavior compat config option with fabrication/forgery

I understand this is very minor voice, (probably only me maybe) but just wondering if there's any chance of adding a config option to disable climbing while in water or in rain.

Hey, that's a good idea! I'm not quite sure what you mean with disabling climbing while in water, because that should already be the case, but I've now added an option for disabling climbing when exposed to rain.
