Discord.py 0.10.0 will happen eventually. We need to ensure scuzzy is compatible with it, or at least that it won't break everything.

S.C.S.I. uses Discord.py 0.10.0 alpha so minor incompatibility problems are possible, this should be reopened when an actual issue occurs

Discord.py v0.11.0 has been released on 7/30/16
Only minor incompatibilities are noted in the official Docs. These should not affect us at this time yet updating may be in our best interest. I recommend waiting 3 more days before updating.
