Exclude apps instead of Allowed

Have an option to have whole system through wireguard except selected apps.

Essentially opposite of what its currently implemented.

Edit: This is useful for online games for lowest latency and streaming services which breaks using vpn.

Hi, this is actually already a feature. You can setup a tunnel and add apps to the disallowed apps.

I am halfway through editing the documentation to highlight this feature and will finish after the Christmas break.
