Custom icon radius for closed folders does not work if Snowboard is installed.

Figured out why this feature stopped working by disabling other tweaks one by one and it turned out to be Snowboard. Feature works with Anemone installed, but I prefer Snowboard especially since it has custom icon scale, a feature may e worth adding to this tweak for users that want a ton of icons in small folder. Snowboard disables the icon corner radius feature tho even when none of the icon options are selected.

Fixed issue by modifying corner radius at layer level, and making opacity at zero for folder icons. A neat affect is to put slider slightly above zero to combine both the view and layer “View” in display.

Changed tweak so no switch is needed to use borderColor and borderWidtn (it was support theme images switch). Also recent updates of Snowboard seem to have changed functionality a little, and themed images along with stock folder background/ opacity have issue with border going on top of view instead of encapsulating it.

Colored folder icons and users setting Opacity to zero works ok though. Would like to figure out how to round themed images and uncolored ones though correctly.
