In the 'Intro to Python' course its schedule it is explicit that the schedule follows the pace of the learners, instead of the times:

Should we too be explicit in being learner-centered?

  • Pro: good teaching
  • Con: only work when earlier teacher(s) are able to follow a schedule in general

In this context, I predict it is more likely that there will be less time used for the earlier sessions and hence that the later (i.e. your) sessions have more time 👍
